could be in line for his first taste of senior management with Norwich City, reportedly, weighing-up whether or not to sack head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup.

The Canaries are 13th in the Championship table with three games of the season remaining and have won just one of their last five games. In total, Thorup's side have won just 13 of their 43 Championship fixtures this season.
Wilshere made 197 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions after progressing through the club's academy in the early 2000s.
But despite his undoubted talent, the midfielder left the in 2018 after a string of serious injuries problems, while he also had spells with West Ham, Bournemouth and Danish outfit Aarhus before retiring in 2022.
Following his retirement, Wilshere ventured into coaching and enjoyed success with Under-18s, who he guided to the FA Youth Cup final in the 2022/23 season. However, the Englishman left north London in October to work under Thorup at Norwich City.
On Friday afternoon, Thorup questioned the "desire" and "motivation" of his Norwich side after they suffered a 5-3 home defeat to Portsmouth.
"It's just for us to find out who has the desire and who has the motivation to play the last three games," he said.
"What I have to do within the next couple of days is probably look more or less all the players in the eyes and say; 'Okay, who's really ready for the next three games here' - and who have some personal motivation to go out there and perform on the highest possible level?
"We need more competitive spirit. We need more desire. And I hate to say it, but I think there was more desire in the Portsmouth side.
"That was a big thing for us when watching the game out there. We were all over the place to be honest to begin with. And I think the simple things in the game we found hard to deal with and then you end up with problems no matter how you play."
