mystery man has been revealed six months after she split up with .

In April, the comedians issued a joint statement on announcing they would be divorcing after nine years of marriage and welcoming a daughter.

Lucy, who previously said she sometimes worried that she "made a mistake" marrying Jon, is now said to be dating sound engineer, Martin Wallace, who was seen picking her up from the Lowry Theatre in Manchester on Sunday evening.

While it is not known how the pair met, Martin used to work as a sound engineer on Jon's 2014 stand up special, Jon Richardson Live: Nidiot. He has also worked closely with a range of comedy stars including Rob Beckett and Dara Ó Briain, reports the

It comes after Lucy said she worried whether she "made a mistake" marrying her ex as she slammed his stubbornness in an unearthed clip.

A resurfaced video has shown her appearing to question her nuptials on Jon's show Ultimate Worrier - where he brings on guests to help analyse his hang-ups. Asked if Lucy had any worries about her ex-husband, she replied: "I've got a lot. Sometimes I worry that I've made a mistake."

After marrying in 2015, the comedy couple quickly started doing interviews together, comedy shows, charity gigs, and last year hosted their own game show, Jon & Lucy's Odd Couples. However it was the fly-on-the-wall mockumentary Meet The Richardsons that brought Lucy new levels of fame. In 2023, she was nominated for a Bafta TV award for her role and the show was named best comedy at the Broadcast Digital awards in 2022.

Speaking to The Sunday Times, the mum-of-one said that she "can't talk" about the ongoing divorce owing to lawyers' instructions, but did admit feeling "guilty" about one aspect of their relationship.

She said: "I don't regret anything. But equally, [over] this next stage I am very much keeping my personal life personal. I sometimes feel guilty that I talked about my daughter and my marriage, and my mum and my dad."

Meanwhile, talking to OK!, she mused: "People might think I should talk about it because we were so public and everyone knew us as a couple, but I won't, and not because there's any animosity.

"We both agreed that while it might be for other people not hearing anything about it, we wouldn't talk about anything to do with the marriage or each other."

The Mirror has contacted Lucy's reps for comment.
