stars and Jowita Przystal sent fans wild as they 'nearly kissed' during their steamy rumba.
The pair performed an incredibly sensual routine to Oasis song Don't Look Back In Anger on week five of live shows. The star setting fans pulses racing as he swept around the dancefloor with his professional partner. Pete admitted he was not a fan of the rumba after his performance as he achieved a mediocre score of 22 having failed to catch the attention of all of the judges.
Fans however. Fans were left sunned as they claimed the pair had to be dating. "Is anyone else seeing what I'm seeing with Jowita and Pete?" one asked.
Another agreed: "I see a lot of chemistry between Pete and Jowita other than just dance partners #Strictly #strictlycomedancing." A third added: "That was seriously steamy from Pete and Jowita. I really thought they were going to kiss too."
Another social media user also speculated on a romantic connection between the pair as they posted: "Feel like I’m interrupting something watching Pete and Jowita’s rumba." A fifth enthused: "Methinks Pete & Jovita are having far too much fun with that Rumba tonight!!! Have they both just got out of the shower???"
The couple made Strictly Come Dancing history by performing to an Oasis song on the One show The routine saw their faces pressed close together and lots of lifts. Judge Craig Revel Horwood called the lifts “totally illegal”, and said in a competition there could be a “disqualification” for the moves, but praised Wicks for the work that had gone into the dance.
Their performance came after as she arrived to watch her son perform. Before the latest live show got underway, his mum was pictured arriving late to the studio and was heard saying "Let me in. Let me in, I'm Pete's mum."
Pete's mum Tracy had to wait outside before a member of production opened the gate for her to rush in and join the rest of the audience. Tracy, wearing a white and green dress, was seen waving her hands in the air as she asked staff to let her inside the Elstree ballroom.
Earlier this week, Pete had been worrying about dancing a rumba with Jowita as she took to her Story to give a message to the reality star claiming he was "overthinking" the routine. Holding her phone so that she could address her followers directly, while standing with Pete, Jowita said: "It's Friday which means we are in the studio again. Week go fast, huh? (Pete nods his head) You're speechless?
"He really likes his dance. He really loves rumba (Pete shakes his head) He absolutely love rumba. (Pete pretends to cry) He'll be okay." Pete then mimicked Jowita's Polish accent and said "I love it a rumba." The reality star then explained more seriously: "I just want to be talking that we love the rumba week. I'm sorry everyone."
