Strictly Come Dancing star Sam Quek almost suffered a wardrobe mishap on Strictly's It Takes Two after admitting her dress was a tad short.
The star, sitting next to her dance partner on the It Takes Two sofa, was dressed in a light pink sequin off-the-shoulder dress.
However, the TV star kept pulling down her dress as she told host Janette Manrara: "I'd get up and give you a hug, but this dress is very tight and short."
Janette disagreed: "No, no, but it is a beautiful dress for your birthday show," to which Sam replied: "It is a tad short. Isn't it a bit much for 6.45pm?"
The host explained that on It Takes Two, "we love the sparkle" before turning her attention to Nikita, who had also suffered a mishap with his fake tan.
Janette pointed out: "We also love a good tan. Nikita, which clearly, you seem to love coming on the show right after you've got."
Defending himself, the dance pro laughed as he explained: "This year, when I'm tanning or talking or singing, especially, I don't get it right."
Sam laughed that her dance partner looked like "he had a filter on" before Janette promptly went on to chat about this week's Strictly.
When questioned on how she overcame her fear of letting "sexy Sam out," the TV presenter said Nikita gave her a "pep talk on Thursday," and they came up with an alter ego for Sam.
She laughed: "Just to embrace the curves and touch your body, I just don't touch my body."
When asked how he helps Sam "get out of her comfort zone" during training, Nikita shared: "I think we just talk.
"Both of us were quite straightforward with our attitude and how we trust each other. So I'm just able to talk to Sam the way I would talk to a friend.
"Just listen, 'this is the way it is,' and she tells me, 'Okay, this is the way I feel,' and we just communicate."
"We are straight," Sam laughed before adding: "We don't waste time because, again, we trust each other completely, and we have a good laugh.
"I feel full confidence from Nikita when he's advising me on how to be because I trust him."
On Saturday night, Nikita and Sam will be performing the Quick Step to Natasha Bedingfield's Unwritten.
Strictly It Takes Two airs weekdays at 6.30pm on BBC Two.
