Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of Computer Assistant. Candidates can apply for recruitment by visiting the official site.
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has started the recruitment process for 13 posts of Computer Assistant. Interested candidates are applying online from 1 July 2025 and this process will run till 1 August 2025. Application is being done on the official website of the commission uppsc.up.nic.in.
In this recruitment, 9 posts are reserved for General category, 3 for OBC and 1 for EWS category. The candidates applying should have 12th pass qualification and also it is necessary to have a Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized institute.
Talking about the age limit, the minimum age for general male candidates has been fixed at 18 years and maximum 40 years.
For Divyang candidates, this limit is up to 55 years. At the same time, candidates of SC, ST and sports quota are being given a relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit. Ex-servicemen are getting a relaxation of 3 years in addition to the service given in the army.
The written examination is being conducted first in the recruitment process, after passing which the candidates will have to give Hindi typing test. After this, verification of documents and finally medical test will be done. Successful candidates in all these stages will be given a salary of up to Rs 20,200.
Talking about the application fee, Rs 125 is being charged for General, OBC and EWS category, Rs 65 for SC/ST and ex-servicemen and Rs 25 for Divyang candidates.
For application, candidates are first going to uppsc.up.nic.in, where they are doing New Registration by clicking on the link "Apply Online". Then login with registration ID and password and fill the application form, upload documents, submit the form by paying the fee and take a printout of it.
