A one-day job camp is being organized at Joint Labor Bhawan (DRCC Bhawan), Sitamarhi, on 31st July 2025 (Wednesday) under the District Employment Office, Sitamarhi. This camp will run from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. A total of 35 posts will be recruited by Swabhiman Finance Private Limited in the camp. Only male candidates are eligible to apply for this recruitment.

According to the information released, Swabhiman Finance Private Limited will recruit 10 Center Managers and 25 RCO (Relationship Coordinator) posts. The minimum education required for these posts is from 10th to graduation (BA). The age of the candidates should be between 18 and 30 years. The selected youth will get a monthly salary of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000. Sitamarhi district will be the place of work for all the posts. The company will take work from the candidates through mobile and door-to-door.
