Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission (UP NHM) has announced a major recruitment drive for the post of Community Health Officer (CHO). The application process started from October 28, 2024 and will continue till November 17, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website upnrhm.gov.in.
This recruitment drive aims to fill more than 7,400 vacancies. Candidates are encouraged to apply before the last date, as the server may slow down due to heavy traffic during the last days, which may delay the application.
Essential Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have a B.Sc. (Nursing) degree with integrated course of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) or a Post-Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) degree with CCHN certification.
Age Criteria
The applicant must be at least 21 years of age and not more than 40 years. However, reserved category candidates are eligible for age relaxation. The age will be calculated as on November 17, 2024. Candidates can check the official site for detailed information.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates will be shortlisted based on the CBT results, and selected candidates will be called for document verification.

Next, click on “Apply Now” next to “Recruitment of Community Health Officer (CHO)”.
Register by selecting “Click Here For New Registration”.
After registration, log in and complete the application form.
Finally, print a copy of the filled application form for your records.
