Ingredients:

1 cup fresh curd

2-3 tablespoons rose syrup

1-2 teaspoons sugar (according to taste)

1 cup cold water or milk

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Ice cubes

Rose petals and pistachios (for garnishing)

Method:

First of all, take curd in a large bowl and whisk it well so that there are no lumps.

Now add rose syrup and sugar to the whipped curd and mix well.

Now add some cold water to dilute the curd.

Add cardamom powder to enhance the taste of lassi.

Now, put all the ingredients in a blender and make them smooth so that the consistency of the lassi becomes uniform.

Now add ice cubes in a glass and pour Rose Lassi. Garnish it with rose petals and chopped pistachios and serve.
