Ingredients
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Boiled Rajma – 1 cup
Cabbage chopped – 1 cup
Grated cucumber – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Grated onion – 1
Chopped tomato – 1
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Whisked curd – 1/2 cup
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 2-3 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Oil – as per requirement
Salt – as per taste
Method – First of all, sift the flour into a mixing bowl. After this, add some oil and salt to it and mix well.
- Now add water little by little and knead the dough. Meanwhile, put Rajma in a cooker and boil it till 4-5 whistles.
- After this, take out the rajma from the cooker and put it in a vessel, and mash it by pressing it with the help of a spoon.
- Now take the dough and make balls of it, and take one roti and roll it and lightly fry it in the pan, and take it out. Now, put oil in a pan and heat it.
- When the oil is hot, add ginger garlic paste to it and fry it. After this, add spices like onion, tomato, turmeric, cumin, etc., and fry till the onion and tomato become soft.

- Now add mashed rajma to it and mix all the things well with the help of a ladle.
- Then add tomato sauce, salt, and a little water, and let it cook. Now, to make the curd dressing, whisk the curd in a bowl.
- After this, add finely chopped cabbage, grated cucumber, and salt to it and mix it.
- Now to make the roll, first take the roti and heat it again on the pan, and then take it out on a plate.
- Apply tomato sauce and garlic chutney on it. After this, apply Rajma stuffing and spread the dressing prepared from curd all around.
- Now make a roll of roti. Similarly, make Rajma rolls from all the rotis. Rajma rolls are ready.
