Ingredients for making Paneer Paratha

Cottage cheese made from curdled milk - 1 cup

Wheat flour - 2 cups

Green chillies, ginger, coriander

Salt, chili - according to taste

Ghee or oil - for frying

Method

If the milk has curdled, then first strain it and make paneer from it. First, grate this fresh paneer prepared at home. After this, add very finely chopped coriander, green chilies, and grated ginger. After mixing all the things, prepare the stuffing by adding all the ingredients to it. Now knead the wheat flour and make a dough ball. Now fill the dough ball with stuffing and prepare the paratha. Now apply ghee to the pan and fry it from both sides. You can serve it with pickle and curd.

Ingredients for making chenna

Curd milk chenna – 1 cup

Sugar – 1 cup

Water – 3 cups

Cardamom powder

Method

To make chenna, strain the curdled milk take it out on a plate and mash it well. After mashing it completely, make small balls of it. After this, prepare syrup by adding water, cardamom powder and sugar in a vessel. After the syrup is ready, put the prepared chenna in this vessel. Now keep it like this for at least half an hour. Now keep it in the fridge and serve it cold.

Ingredients for making chhena kheer
Chhena – 1 cup
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – according to taste
Saffron, cardamom
Dry fruits – chopped
Method
To make chhena kheer, first prepare chhena from curdled milk. When chhena is ready, keep it aside and then boil the milk till it thickens. When it thickens, add chhena to it and cook for at least 10 minutes. After this, add sugar, saffron, cardamom and dry fruits to this milk. When it cools down, serve it.
