The name of this scheme is Subhadra Yojana which is being run by the Odisha government. This scheme has been run for women. The objective of this scheme is to give financial benefits to about one crore women so that women's empowerment can be taken forward.

What is the benefit?

Under the Subhadra scheme, there is a provision to give 10 thousand rupees to women in a year. This money is given to eligible women through two installments of Rs 5,000 each. This money is sent directly to the bank account of women. This scheme will run for the next 5 years i.e. from 2024-25 to 2028-29.

Who is eligible for the women's scheme and who is not?

If we talk about the women who are eligible for this scheme, first of all, those women are included who are natives of Odisha.

At the same time, those women are also eligible whose ages between 21 to 60 years. If you are on this list then you can benefit by joining this Subhadra scheme.

On the other hand, if we talk about women who are not eligible for the scheme, they include women who pay taxes.

Women who are already beneficiaries of any scheme where they are getting the benefit of Rs 1500 per month under some schemes are not eligible.

Women who are from outside Odisha are also not eligible for Subhadra Yojana.
