Presenter and her daughter Lexi Hughes have been described as "rays of sunshine" after visiting a hair salon recently. They have been met with compliments this week after showcasing the results of the appointments.
Amanda, 54, shared some photos on yesterday of herself and Lexi, 19, modelling their latest hairstyles after visiting the salon Paul Edmonds in . The post comes after their holiday abroad last week alongside Amanda's husband Chris Hughes, 51, and youngest daughter Hollie, 13.
The first photo showed Amanda wearing a white shirt as she stood inside the business. The judge's hair was on display in the photo and in another that showed her posing in a pair of sunglasses whilst outside.
Other photos in the post featured her eldest daughter Lexi. She had visited the salon in a colourful floral outfit and showcased the results of treatment on her hair in two photos that were uploaded to the platform by her mother.
Amanda wrote: "Putting the sunshine back into mine and [Lexi's] hair. Thank you @pauledmonds217 @joesavine.hair @alfieoneill_ @Marvynduche @matildacollinshair." She also tagged Paul Edmonds London as the location.
The post was met with compliments in the comments section, including from Paul Edmonds. A response from their account read: "You are so welcome. You are both rays of sunshine." The comment included various emojis including one depicting sunshine and several yellow hearts.
Elsewhere in the comments section, former cast member wrote: "Your daughter is so beautiful." Whilst one fan wrote: "Both beautiful." Another said: "Oh gorgeous." Someone else wrote: "Perfect."
The post comes after Amanda with her family recently. She had shared content from their trip to with her followers on the platform, having kept them updated whilst visiting .
One post uploaded last week showed Amanda beside her daughters Lexi and Hollie. Alongside the photo, the host reflected on parenthood and teased to fans that time is going "so fast" with them now "all grown up".
She wrote in the caption that accompanied the photo of the trio: I never want to sound dramatic. You know me if you follow me - but time passes so fast - my babies!" After putting a heart emoji, Amanda concluded: "All grown up."
It came after Amanda had shared that she felt "lucky" to have her children in a post marking last month. That post featured a black-and-white photo of her, Lexi and Hollie cuddled up as they lay on a bed together.
Amanda wrote about being their parent in the caption and said she was sending a "big hug" to fans. She also reflected on the loss of her late son Theo, of having lost him at 28 weeks into her in 2011.
She wrote in the post just two weeks ago: "Happy Mother's Day. I'm so lucky to have my girls. We never forget our son Theo. To all of you who have loved and lost or are on the path to having a family ... my family send you a big hug."
