EA FC 25 is officially down, boxing players out of access to its online services as the title undergoes some relatively major downtime.

It’s lucky that it’s just a random Wednesday, as has undergone some server maintenance that has drastically affected how players can access the title. The game is recovering from some big changes already, with the recent delivering a major squashing for the 95 depth meta, which has forced a number of players to reconsider their tactics to climb the Division Rivals ranks.

Already players are experiencing change, and as the game continues to roll out its TOTS players, recently revealing its for the 2024/25 Premier League Season, some fans simply ride the game’s wave while others flounder. Either way, the game is still performing well and keeping its most dedicated players engaged.

Scheduled server maintenance isn’t a new experience for fans, and they have come to expect similar shutdowns – but not like this, as the current EA FC 25 downtime has been revealed to be lasting a good long while. Don’t get too excited about jumping in any time soon.
