EA FC 25 TOTW 2 predictions featuring Liverpool, Barcelona and Bayern Munich stars

Send Push

Having to follow a TOTW 1 squad full of show-stoppers, the EA FC 25 TOTW 2 squad may be a little underwhelming.

EA FC 25 was released for players with early access last Friday, with the game set to launch worldwide on Friday, September 27, but anyone with access to the EA FC 25 Web App can start building their team right now. To give Ultimate Team players something extra to look for in packs, EA Sports released the TOTW 1 squad last week, featuring big names like Lionel Messi, Lamine Yamal, and Theo Hernandez.

Now, the EA FC 25 TOTW 2 squad will be released, and some big names will be featured, but they may not be the most juiced TOTW items we've seen in Ultimate Team. There are a few contenders for TOTW 2 from Barcelona after their 5-1 win on the weekend, while stars from Liverpool, Bayern Munich, and Chelsea could also feature.

The EA FC 25 TOTW 2 squad is set to be released on Wednesday, September 25 at 6pm BST / 1pm EDT / 10am PDT, replacing the TOTW 1 squad that's currently in packs.

Here are our predictions for the EA FC 25 TOTW 2 release.

EA FC 24 Team of the Week 2 (TOTW 2) predictions

The EA FC 25 TOTW 2 line-up will be picked on single performances only, so goals and assists are not added cumulatively within the TOTW period. Also, note that performances in domestic cup competitions do not count towards TOTW selection criteria.

Only one player from any one team can be included in a TOTW line-up, barring exceptional circumstances. Also, players included in the last TOTW line-up are ineligible for selection.

This is just a TOTW 2 prediction, so there is no guarantee that any players mentioned below will be included.

  • ST: Robert Lewandowski (Barcelona) - Two goals in 5-1 win
  • LW: Luis Diaz (Liverpool) - Two goals and POTM in 3-0 win
  • ST: Viktor Gyokores (Sporting Lisbon) - Two goals and POTM in 3-0 win
