Mario Falcone shot to fame on the third series of The Only Way is Essex in 2011. He was known as the ladies' man and party boy, often stirring up drama with his bad-boy antics.
During his time on the show, the 37-year-old’s biggest storylines included his relationship with Lucy Mecklenburgh and his rivalry with original cast member Mark Wright.
After leaving the show in 2017, Mario’s life is looking very different these days. He’s ditched his party boy image and prefers to stay out of the crazy world of showbiz.
Let’s take a look at the former ITV star’s life now, from his new look after undergoing surgery to his family life with his wife and two children…

New look
Just last year, Mario left his fans shocked when he showed off his new look after undergoing blepharoplasty to remove excess skin or fat from the eyelids.
He told his Instagram followers: “This summer he told his Instagram followers: "My hooded eye lids have been something I have grown very conscious of over the past couple of years, I blame the kids [laughing emoji], very happy with the results so far! Big thank you to @dr.carlodebbas."
Fans couldn’t get over his new look as one person said: “Wow, wow, wow, seriously didn’t even recognise you! How someone can look like a complete different person blows my mind!!”
Another follower wrote: “Oh wow, that doesn’t look like him at all!,” while a third added: “My head is gone! Even his story looks nothing like him.”
Mario was no stranger to surgery after undergoing a secret rhinoplasty procedure back in 2016, after being self-conscious about his new look and feeling bullied by some of his TOWIE co-stars.
Family lifeMario got engaged to Becky Miesner while on holiday in Santorini, Greece, in 2017 and tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in Sorrento, Italy, surrounded by their loved ones.
The two are parents to children Parker Jax, who was born in 2018 and daughter Cali Roux, who was welcomed into the world in 2023.
After becoming a dad for the first time to Parker, Mario told Checklists: “‘It’s the best thing ever and I absolutely love it.
“I am quite fortunate that I make a good living while being at home, so I get to spend a lot of time with Parker. It’s safe to say he’s my best friend!’
Mario and Becky often take to social media to share pictures and videos of their children, including during family holidays, birthdays and the start of the school year.
Mental health battleThe former reality star opened up about the “soul-destroying loneliness” he faced in 2019 after he became a stay-at-home dad to Parker while Becky went to work in her salon.
He said at the time: “As a man, you might not admit you're lonely. No one likes to show signs of struggle, especially as a parent.
“I was at home all day on my own with no one else around, and there were no other dads to do things with. It was the most soul-destroying, lonely thing ever.
“I didn't want to moan to Becky about it when she got home. She was tired from work, I was tired from being daddy all day, so even in those moments I still felt alone. I didn't want to make her feel bad.”
