A raging fire has broken out on a cargo ship in Hull as city centre residents claim to have been evacuated. The ship appears to be on fire in Albert Dock with the blaze breaking out this morning. People in Hull city centre say they have seen a thick cloud of smoke around the area.
Images show the smoke originating from a vessel in Albert Dock with reports that the wind is blowing smoke eastwards towards the city centre. A witness said everyone was "coughing" due to the effects of the smoke, reports Hull Live.
