A travel YouTuber has fallen in love with a scenic European location he believes could be one of the world's "most beautiful" town.
Before he became a leading travel YouTuber, was obsessed with one spot. Now, years later, Ed has finally fulfilled his ambition to visit the lakeside paradise of Brunnen, in , and he says it's "like a posh Benidorm".
Sitting on the shores of , in central Switzerland, Brunnen has been described by more than one visitor as "the most beautiful town in the world". Ed himself was stunned by the clear turquoise water of the lake, although it took a while for him to see it.
When Ed arrived at his fantasy location the normally-picturesque town wasn't exactly looking its best, with persistent rain putting a distinct damper on his dreams. Undeterred, he bought himself a somewhat unflattering raincoat and soldiered on.

"I just hope the sun comes out, because then it will prove my point about how beautiful this place is and perhaps my dream of coming here might be realised," Ed said.
The fairytale scenery has attracted visitors such as Queen Victoria, Winston Churchill, who spent his honeymoon by Lake Lucerne and celebrated artist JMW Turner, who painted several watercolours of the glorious mountain scenery.
Despite the weather letting him down, Ed remained optimistic, saying: "Maybe it's the most beautiful place in the world ... we haven't exactly had the sun yet, but I think tomorrow we might."
And eventually, on the final day of his visit, Ed's faith was borne out.
As the sun finally broke through the clouds, he said: "It's a new dawn it's a new day... we've got the sun!
"We haven't quite got a clear view yet across the water. It's still a little bit cloudy but at least the sun's out hopefully it'll continue to clear up as the morning goes on.
"We've got a few more hours here before we have to check out but I'm getting optimistic that we might get some you know some some clear skies."
While the weather still left a little to be desired, Ed rhapsodised over the magnificent mountain views. But it was the clear blue water of the lake that truly blew him away. "That is incredibly turquoise," he said. "It's crazy how clear the waters are. I just love a mountain, I love a lake."
Pointing out that the peaks of the surrounding mountains were sprinkled with snow, he added: "It doesn't get much better than that."
He went even further, claiming it "had to be up there" with one of the most beautiful spots in the entire world.
Finally, he enjoyed a final drink on his hotel balcony: "This is what it's all about," he chuckled. "Sat on a balcony having a citrus drink looking at the view. It's like a posh Benidorm."
