Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet didn't make an appearance in the first series of Meghan Markle's first series - but the 44-year-old did make sure her children were included in the show in a very sweet way. The Duchess of Sussex shares Archie and Lilibet, aged 6 and 4, with Prince Harry.
The couple, now based in California, make sure to keep their children out of the public eye, but Meghan has given fans the odd look into her life as a mum-of-two on Instagram. Whilst filming for the first series, with the second series set to released next week, Archie and Lilibet reportedly got a little involved with the audio recording.
Speaking about the set, an anonymous member of the filming crew told PEOPLE: "Whenever Harry visited the set, he was always super polite and friendly, but it was clear he wanted this to be Meghan's moment to shine."
Discussing Archie and Lilibet, who is affectionately referred to as Lili by her parents, said: "She [Meghan] was super attentive and doting on them. We would give them headphones so they could listen to audio."
Meghan also previously told the publication that her son had his own special role on the show. Meghan said: "Archie did the filming clapboard! Sweet moments."
As well as their adorable input on the show, Meghan also frequently spoke about her children on the episodes.
In the fifth episode, which aired on March 4, Meghan revealed that her daughter had helped her prepare some strawberry preserve. Speaking to her guests Abigail Spencer and Kelly McKee Zajfen, Meghan said: "Lili and I actually made this batch together.
Giving fans an insight into Lili's personality, Meghan added: "She picked berries with me, saying: 'No, no mama, I'll do it.'... She's proud."
After taking a small bite of Roy Choi's traditional kimchi in episode three, Meghan ate the entire piece in one go before signalling that she enjoyed it with a swaying motion - before telling him that this is something that her daughter also liked to do. Speaking of Lilibet, Meghan then told Roy: "It's good. My daughter [Lilibet] does the same. When she likes what she's eating, she sways a little bit."
The second series, which will consist of eight new episodes, will air on Netflix on August 26. This comes after it was confirmed last week that Meghan and Harry have signed a "first look deal" with the streaming service.
