Video Of THIS California Road Sparks Third-World Comparisons

A video, allegedly of a California road, went viral on social media with users comparing the view to a third-world country. In the video, multiple shacks and other temporary settlements can be seen lining the road, with a lot of scrap lying here and there, At one point, several RVs could also be seen. Notably, Times Now Digital could not verify the authenticity of the video. However, it sparked a wide array of reactions on social media with some users saying that it is 'scary,' while others said that the Democrats in California - a Blue Wall state, are responsible for it. Here are some of the reactions to the video: "Look what the Dems have done to Cali! It used to be so beautiful," one user said.

"Ya I f---ing live here it's just as bad as it looks probably worse in some spots," another said.

"Not even Bosnia is this bad - does anyone have a number on the amount of money spent to ā€œsupportā€ or ā€œhelpā€ these people ?" said another.

"Well no sh*t I wouldn't even know this was California without reading the captionm," added one.

"Well it does look like one. I mean if you showed someone random and they didnā€™t know it was Cali they would think so šŸ¤”" another said.

California has a significant immigrant population. As of 2023, about 10.6 million residents in California were foreign-born, making up approximately 27.3% of the stateā€™s population.
