Route Mobile reports 14% YoY net profit increase in Q2 FY25

Route Mobile reported a 14 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit , amounting to Rs 101.27 crore for the July-September quarter of this fiscal year, against Rs 88.8 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue from operations for the quarter was Rs 1,113.4 crore, up by 9.73 per cent Rs 1,014.6 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Guillaume Boutin, the company chairman, expressed confidence in unlocking greater value for its customers and stakeholders, saying that developments from the previous quarter indicated the firm is on the right track.

Although quarter-on-quarter profits rose by 28.9 per cent, revenues showed a flat growth of just 0.9 per cent.

Rajdipkumar Gupta, MD and Group CEO of Route Mobile Ltd, said, "We have posted our highest-ever quarterly revenue, despite Q2 being a seasonally weak quarter. We remain very optimistic about our growth prospects in Q3, owing to the festive season ahead of us."

Shares of Route Mobile were trading at Rs 1,535 apiece, down 1.55 per cent in intraday trade on the BSE on Tuesday.
