Actor Suriya is gearing up for the release of 'Kanguva', and the star is busy promoting the film ahead of its release on November 14. During a recent press meet, Suriya responded to questions about whether he had signed on for Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s mythological film, 'Karna'.
Suriya said, “We definitely had a meeting. We are still discussing it. It’s a film that requires a lot of time and preparation, so it’s in process. I’m hoping that one day, we can start production.”
The actor, who recently moved to Mumbai with his family, was asked if he plans to take on more Hindi films or if he is receiving more Bollywood offers. With a smile, Suriya replied, “They would have approached me even if I were in Chennai. I balance between both Chennai and Mumbai.”
VideoHe described his life in Mumbai as a great experience, adding, “I can’t say anything bad about Mumbai as it’s my mother-in-law’s place! I am receiving a lot of love here.” The 'Jai Bhim' actor is happy that his children have settled well in Mumbai and are attending good schools. “Life is good, and we are happy to have made the decision to move to Mumbai,” he confessed.
Suriya is also glad to have the chance to connect with many people from the industry since moving to Mumbai.
Directed by Siva, 'Kanguva' features Suriya in dual roles, alongside Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Natarajan Subramaniam, Kovai Sarala, Anandaraj, and K.S. Ravikumar in supporting roles.
