Dahlia serves as a Deacon in the Church of Favonius, where Barbara and Rosaria also work. Hence, he could have an important role in the storyline and future gameplay.

During the Version 5.3 update, outlines of future characters were shown by HoYoverse, and Dahlia perfectly matches one of them. Fighter is not Dahlia with the likes of Mondstadt characters. He seems to be rather friendly with Venti, but whether he is aware of Venti's secret self as Barbatos, the Anemo Archon, is unknown. With his connections to key characters, it is only likely that he will play a major part in the next Archon Quest.
