Jake Paul's 'belly' is in the news ahead of Mike Tyson fight

Jake Paul raised eyebrows about his physique after recently sharing a video of himself lifting weights shirtless.

In the Instagram video , the YouTuber-turned-professional boxer is seen training for his upcoming bout against Mike Tyson , scheduled for 15th November, where he sets a new personal record by bench-pressing 500 pounds. However, fans were more intrigued by his noticeably protruding stomach, which seemed to be missing some of his tattoos, hinting that he might be wearing a fake belly.

“New personal record, 500 pounds,” Paul declared in the video. “I am the strongest heavyweight in existence.”

He even emphasised this by captioning the post, “Strongest boxer in existence.”

The unusual appearance led to a flurry of comments from viewers, with one asking, “What happened to your belly, bro?” and another noting, “Why is his stomach sticking out like that?”

Paul, known for his playful and trolling antics online, seemed to be stirring the pot once more, as some speculated it was all part of a skit, involving him lifting fake weights.

Further fuelling this theory was the mysterious absence of his usual stomach and side tattoos, suggesting that his appearance in the video was not genuine.

Interestingly, just last month, Paul appeared much leaner in a video where he was water surfing shirtless, showing a fuller display of tattoos across his belly.

The 27-year-old internet personality has been in training since the summer for his highly anticipated rescheduled clash with Tyson. The 58-year-old boxing legend experienced an ulcer issue, which resulted in the fight 's original date, 20th July, being postponed.

Both fighters have had a chance to size each other up in recent months. On 15th September, they faced off on the field at AT&T Stadium, just before the New Orleans Saints defeated the Dallas Cowboys 44-19 in Arlington. Prior to this, they met for a press conference at the Javits Center as part of Fanatics Fest NYC in August, further building anticipation for their November showdown.

As the fight approaches, excitement is mounting, with fans eager to see if Paul’s antics will match up to Tyson’s legendary boxing skills in a match that promises to be one of the most talked-about events of the year.
